MAIN VIEW OF THE BAIT BOAT 1 BASIC INTRODUCTION The bait boat BH03 consists of three parts, one main body of the boat and two pontoonsmade of fiber glass installed with the two thrusters. As a user, broker or agent for the bait boat, you have to learn something necessary about the bait boat beforehand. The first is to learn how to assemble the bait boat. Take out the main body of the bait boat from the package avoiding damage the rudders from the stuffing inside. The ordering is take the handle of the boat body and take it off the carton then take off the side frames. Then take off the inside the stuffing , you now can move the thrusters to take them out. Put the main body bottom up for assembling the pontoons. When you take out the pontoons, from the package, you have to pay attention to avoid the pontoon sliding out of your hand. Then you can push the pontoon into the slide way on the main body. If the slide way is not correct for assembling, you can adjust it by the standard lever that we supplied. After push the pontoons in the slide way, you have to lock them by tone the bolts with the wrench. The next is to assemble the thrusters. You only use one bolt to fix the thruster. Please try to avoid the bolt press the screw head in the slide way. The rudders are used for balancing the boat when the boat can not go straight. Remember that the pontoons are pushed from the back of the main body to the front. After you fix well the thrusters, the second is connecting the waterproof plug and screw it tightly. The third is to checking the bait boat. Open the rear cover on the main body, and draw out the wire plug and connect it to the power battery. Then open the front cover and turn on the power switch, you will see the meter pointer goes from left to the right. But this meter can not show you the left energy in the batteries anytime. It is recommended that the batteries on the boat must be charged fully when you buy the bait boat and after two hors sail. Beofre you put the bait boat into water, you should check the following functions one by one, lighting, drop bait for the left and right hopper, go forward, backward, turn right and left. You have to learn the function buttons of the transmitter before your checking.
A very important thing is that you never try to touch the coding switch.

2 INTRODUCTION OF THE PANEL The function of the bait boat is going forward, backward, turn left and turn right, dropping bait of the left cartridge and right cartridge individually. The led headlights and rear lights are equipped for night fishing. It is necessary to check every function after assembling the bait boat. The checking process is to turn on the power switch and check the voltage meter. When the pointer is in the red area, you should charge the battery pack. When drop the bait, you have to press the drop and assistant drop buttons together as this special design is for avoiding any missoperation to lose the bait. The LCD screen and the buttons with indicator in the following diagram are useless at this moment as they are only for the future upgrade of the functions.

4 LOADING BAITS AND THE HOOKS Bait boat BH03 is equipped with two bait hoppers to be controlled individually. It allows you can send the baits to two spots in one sail. Before you put the bait into the bait hoppers, you should open the bottom and place the hooks into the cartridge from the bottom side and then close the doors. Then fix the lock patches on the pins to lock the doors. You can put the baits into the cartridges when you confirm the bottom doors are close tightly. We suggest that fill in the bait after put the bait boat in water.

5 CHARGING The battery pack can be charged both by AC 220V/50Hz in door and DC12V from a car smoke socket, using the adaptors supplied. We advise that the battery should be charged before use and the first full charge should be by AC220V/50Hz. The two color indicators on the charger are on when charging. The red indicator is off when charging finish. The charger is equipped with overcharge protector. It is very important that the car has to be started when the battery is charging in the car.
